Just follow the Alps: Your hotel in the mountains
Our hotel is only 60 km from the metropolis of Munich, and yet a million miles away from everyday life. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, peace and the landscape in the Alpine foothills: The ArabellaSheraton Alpenhotel is situated right on the beautiful Spitzingsee and offers a wonderful view of the lake and the Alps. You can reach our hotel easily by bus from Schliersee. From Munich Airport and/or the motorway, follow the signs for the Alps and Schliersee.
Arriving by car: From the A8 München-Salzburg motorway, take the Wayern exit. Then take the B307 Miesbach-Schliersee-Spitzingsee. The hotel is 70 km south of Munich.
Arriving by train: There are direct train connections almost hourly from München-Bayrischzell to the Fischhausen-Neuhaus station.
Arriving by plane: Take the S1 or S8 towards the city centre, alight at the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) and take the "Bayerische Oberlandbahn" (BOB) towards Schliersee. In Schliersee, you can take the 9562 bus to Spitzingsee.
